Available for new opportunities

Hi, I'm Hemel — a Customer Support Engineer for SaaS & Shopify products.

I've spent 3+ years helping merchants around the world get the most out of their Shopify apps — troubleshooting complex issues, writing documentation, and keeping customers happy across time zones.

About

Support is about trust — and trust is built one ticket at a time.

I'm a Technical Support Engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, specializing in Shopify-based SaaS products. My days revolve around live chat, email, and video calls with merchants across the US, UK, and EU — diagnosing issues, shipping fixes with the dev team, and turning confused users into confident ones.

I care about clear communication, patient problem-solving, and making sure nobody leaves a conversation more frustrated than they arrived. I'm comfortable working US-aligned night shifts and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.

Outside of work you'll find me on a motorcycle, travelling somewhere new, or on a cricket pitch.
